Orders are not subject to cancellation/refunds once payment and/or confirmation have been received. Where cancellation is accepted, the purchaser will be responsible for a cancellation fee of not less than 40% of the normal selling price, plus the cost of shipping the goods back to the country of origin.
Defective items are covered in our warranty agreement and will be replaced according to the terms and conditions of the warranty agreement. The buyer must notify Neogenesis Medical Systems of any defect, malfunction, or nonconformity promptly upon discovery, by sending an email to email@example.com
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Exchanges (if applicable)
During the 2 year warranty period we will replace items that are defective, excluding damage due to negligence. For exchanges and all warranty-related enquiries, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org
Neogenesis Medical Systems will replace any part proving defective in material or workmanship during the warranty period. The following items are excluded from the warranty:
- Service calls to correct the installation of the product, or to explain the usage of the product to the buyer.
- Repairs necessitated by use other than the normal intended use of the product.
- Damage resulting from improper use, mishandling, accidents, alterations, faulty transportation or improper installation.
- Corrective work necessitated by repairs made by anyone other than a Neogenesis Medical Systems authorized service technician.
